- Example Subject Line: Artist Music Submission – John Doe

Radio edits are mandatory. Although we are an internet based radio station, to remain commercially viable, we strive to abide by FCC regulations where it pertains to radio broadcasting. You may submit other versions of your work, such as Explicit, Instrumental, and Acapella version as well, for distribution to our network of DJs, remixers, and producers, but each submitted work MUST be accompanied by a radio edit.
All music streamed on MizFitzRadio.com will be monitored and reported to Sound Exchange. We are currently in the process of securing our license with Sound Exchange. Unlike many other online based radio stations, this entitles all artists played on our platform, performance royalties. It would be in the artists best interest to make sure they register their music with Sound Exchange so that they are able to receive their royalties.
MizFitzRadio.com is in the process of reporting to all the major US based performing rights organizations such as BMI, ASCAP, and SESAC. Currently we have licenses with BMI and ASCAP and are in the process of securing a SESAC license.
Submissions are reviewed weekly for inclusion in to our programming by our management team and occasionally other industry personnel associated with the station, such as DJs, producers, managers, and agents. Although you may submit your music, this DOES NOT GUARANTEE your placement onto our programming. We reserve the right to make final decisions regarding inclusion and/or placement.
If selected for inclusion in to our programming or a feature, you will be contacted by one of our team members via the email. If we choose to feature your music, it is expected that you will promote yourself, the program, and MizFitz Radio.
With regard to musical work performance rights for our stations, MizFitz Radio holds non-dramatic public performance licenses with ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC only. By submitting music for consideration, submitting entities and individuals represent and warrant that submitted music has been registered with one of these three performing rights organizations. Alternatively, if you are not a member of these organizations, you represent and warrant that you hold these rights personally and grant MizFitz Radio the right to broadcast your material. Additionally, because we stream most of our station over the internet, by submitting music for consideration, submitting entities and individuals represent and warrant that submitted music has been registered with SoundExchange. Alternatively, if you are not a member of SoundExchange, you represent and warrant that you hold these rights personally and grant MizFitz Radio the right to stream your material on a non-interactive, non-subscription basis.
